Wapose Emergency Services is currently recruiting all levels of EMS professionals for our projects.

• Owners and Management are all registered members with the Alberta College of Paramedics. We understand the needs of practitioners and what equipment and protocols are required to perform your duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide medical care for sick or injured patients as per scope of practice
• Clean and inspect vehicle and medical equipment
• Represent Wapose Emergency Services in a positive manner by providing excellent customer service and professionalism
• Ensure all paperwork is completed, organized, and submitted
• Follow all corporate policies and procedures
• Drive to and from work sites in a safe and courteous manner (possibly on ice roads)
• May be required to work and live on remote worksites

Qualifications:
• Licensed with the Alberta College of Paramedics
• Valid driver’s license (must provide driver’s abstract)
• Knowledge of Oil and Gas Industry as it applies to medical company operations is an asset
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision
• Drug test ( we will reimburse 100% of drug test cost on first pay, with receipt)
• CSTS
• H2S Alive
• OSSA if needed
• TDG/WHMIS
• CPR C or ACLS
• All relevant original certificates must be submitted prior to working with Wapose Emergency Services

For ALL employees coming up that will be in the field they will be required to bring the following:
1. Originals of all relevant certificates
2. Steel toed boots
